
This project proposes 1000 units of housing, mixed commercial and retail uses, restaurants, a marina, and the potential for a high speed ferry terminal serving Bridgeport, Stamford and Manhattan. TPA began its work with preliminary engineering to determine the ability of the site to accommodate dense development while providing adequate parking, utility services, flood safety improvements, and waterside construction. TPA proposed zone regulation modifications to accommodate the proposed development and completed site plans to enable the developer to gain zoning approval. We continue to work on the project as it proceeds through State permit approvals and construction documents.
