 Site design, engineering, landscape architecture design and regulatory approvals for the addition of a Home Depot and Chili's restaurant to an 18.7 acre parcel. In conjunction with the development, TPA was responsible for off-site design of associated state highway improvements including reconfiguration of the intersection, adding turn lanes, lane modifications and widening of the off ramp. TPA prepared construction plans, specifications and provided contract administration. Sustainable site design components include infiltration of roof runoff, wet detention ponds, and incorporating existing mature native trees.
