 Renovations to the existing Marriott Courtyard included demolition of a swimming pool and design of a new multi-use courtyard. The site design carefully considered sun exposure and the desire to screen adjacent land uses, parking garage and parking deck. The plaza features concrete pavers, custom designed trellis, accent lighting and plant material that was selected for year round screening and seasonal interest. The open courtyard plan allows the Owner to install large tents for special events. |
