
TPA prepared plans and gained approval of the Site Plan application, Inland Wetlands application and CTDEP Stormwater discharge permit for a 390,000 sf shopping center on 49 acres at the former Ryder Park mobile home site. Improvements include perimeter sidewalks providing pedestrian linkages to the Connecticut Post Mall, Boston Post Road and Roses Mill Road. A walkway also links the site with open space adjacent to the Indian River. Site improvements include over 400 shade and flowering trees, full cut-off site lighting, and direct infiltration of roof stormwater runoff.
