TPA provided site engineering, landscape architecture design and assistance with extensive neighborhood outreach for a new Stop & Shop facility. Off-site design included improvements and widening of adjacent roadways.  TPA provided construction drawings, specifications, permitting and construction administration.  Major challenges included relocating twin 4’x 6’ box culverts and the 30-inch municipal sewer system.  Roof and parking area storm drainage is handled with gross particle separators and over 1100 infiltration units.
