 TPA assisted with the site selection and consulted with the project architect on the proposed building program. Demolition plans were required for 14 existing structures. This award winning project included bus parking, parent drop off/pick up, visitor/staff parking, service area and pedestrian circulation while providing important linkages to the surrounding residential neighborhood and Kimberly Avenue Park. With careful site planning, a number of very large trees were able to be preserved on the site. |
