 TPA Design Group provided landscape architecture design for the new 60,000 square foot mixed-use residence hall including entrance walls at the upper parking area which reflected the existing brick walls around the perimeter of the campus. On the south side of the building, a dining terrace and patio were provided with large caliper shade trees to provide protection from the sun. Ornamental landscaping was installed at the entrance to the building and the easterly and westerly ends of the building.
