 Schematic design, design development, and construction drawings were prepared for an 80,000 SF addition to the existing school. The site improvements had to be confined to a specific envelope so as not to encroach on recently constructed athletic fields. Pedestrian and vehicular circulation patterns were redesigned to ensure the safety of children at designated drop-off and bus loading/unloading areas. An active play area and four landscaped courtyards were included in the design. Six new tennis courts were constructed at the adjacent high school as part of this project. |
