Present day Woodbury is dominated by its cultural landscape, a complement of historic structures and natural resources.  TPA completed a study for the Town that expands the traditional context of historic resources to incorporate all the critical components that collectively define Woodbury’s cultural landscape. Policies developed address cultural significance, visual patterns and viewsheds, and aesthetics.  The goal was to develop policies and provide implementation strategies to keep intact the unique composite of Woodbury recognized by residents and visitors.
