TPA Design Group has served as the City of Bridgeport’s Project Manager for the 54 acre Steel Point development project since 1998.  Our efforts began with preparation of the RFQ and RFP documents. Responsibilities included relocation resource analysis and plans for existing occupants; coordinating utility improvements; coordinating traffic analysis and plans; land acquisition; environmental remediation; land disposition documents; zoning modifications; tax financing budgets; and coordination with the developers consultants. TPA coordinated permitting with many agencies including Connecticut EPA, State Historic Preservation Office, FEMA, DEP, DECD and other agencies.
