Working with noted golf course architects Al and Mike Zikorus, TPA completed the site planning, engineering and sedimentation and erosion control plans and specifications for the construction of this 9 hole, par 3 golf course on approximately 10 acres. TPA was also responsible for clubhouse and maintenance facility site planning and engineering, off-site water and electric utility connections, and construction administration.
