TPA prepared site analysis, civil engineering and construction documents for an 18-hole golf course.  Mark Mungeam, golf course architect, designed the championship level, neo-classically inspired layout.  The golf course is part of a “55 and over" community comprised of 833 homes and more than 9 miles of private roadway on approximately 794 acres.  The project also includes a 15,000 sf Community Center building and a 15,000 sf Clubhouse.  The development carefully avoided impacting wetlands.  Stormwater runoff is collected, treated and utilized for golf course irrigation.
