 Masonicare is a leading provider of healthcare and retirement living communities for seniors. TPA completed site engineering and landscape design for a 18,000 square foot medical office building and a 4,200 square foot Grand Lodge building on the existing 42 acre Masonicare campus. Proposed improvements included parking, utilities and a storm drainage system that incorporates infiltration of stormwater to control runoff from the roofs and site. The site plan calls for extensive planting, berms to screen parking and full cut-off site lighting.
