TPA Design Group prepared site design and submission documents and was the lead firm in obtaining all necessary local approvals to allow the construction of a 40 unit elderly housing complex.  Construction drawings, specifications and administration were provided for the project. The site is adjacent to Woods Edge Elderly Housing, a 30 unit development also designed by TPA.
