 Site analysis, design and construction drawings were prepared for a “55 and over" community on an 18-hole golf course. The phased project includes approximately 833 homes and 9 miles of private roadway to be built on 794 acres. The project includes a 15,000 square foot Community Center and a 15,000 square foot Clubhouse. The housing development carefully avoids impacting the 195 acres of inland wetlands.
