SIGNAGE AND REHABILITATION GUIDELINES
Bristol, CT
TPA developed guidelines for signage and commercial facade rehabilitation for projects funded through a grant/loan program from the Bristol Development Authority. A number of sources of information were reviewed including literature related to the Main Street Program and Preservation briefs from the National Trust. The final products include separate guidelines for signage and rehabilitation and accompanying graphics for two blocks within Bristol's Business District to illustrate improvements.
