TPA Design Group - Projects

TPA completed design for public spaces including pedestrian pathways, visual and physical linkages to the Mad River, and a ž mile handicapped accessible pedestrian greenway along the river, East Main Street and Hamilton Park. The plaza areas within the retail complex contain decorative pavement, lighting and landscaping. The design of these public improvements ties the commercial development to the natural environment and creates several acres of open space within the floodway. TPA completed required permitting, site design, planning, engineering, and landscape design for all on-site construction. The project was awarded the 1998 Connecticut Real Estate Award for Retail Development by the Real Estate Exchange.
