TPA prepared the conceptual design and site plan for this 290,000 s.f. office park adjacent to I-95. In addition to the layout, access road, and entry feature, TPA also coordinated a stormwater management plan that included the dredging of a nearby pond to accommodate additional flows. TPA also coordinated the State Traffic Commission certificate and designed the realignment and reconstruction of two intersections. Subsequently, TPA prepared the site plan and provided complete design services for one of the development parcels for the A-Copy Regional offices.
