Landscape architecture and civil engineering design for the development of a pedestrian way along High and Wall Streets opposite Sterling Memorial Library. Improvements included removing existing walks, roads and curbs and installing new bluestone and concrete pavers, plaza areas, landscaping, lighting and storm drainage. Edward Larrabee Barnes was project architect.
