TPA provided comprehensive services including site and landscape design, Inland Wetlands, Planning, and Zoning Board of Appeals approvals, construction documents and construction administration for a 64 bed Memory Care Facility on 3.11 acres. The project involves infiltration of storm drainage, bio-swales and wetlands impact mitigation areas. Construction was completed in Fall 2016 and the facility is now open and accepting residents.
