TPA provided landscape architecture and civil engineering design for the conversion of an existing building and construction of four new buildings into 78 residential apartments. Underground parking accessible through the adjacent Regency building is also provided. Approvals recently received include a Zone Change, Site Plan and several variances. TPA also provided the construction drawings for the site work portion of the project.  Site improvements incorporate “green” initiatives such as native plantings for shade, high reflectivity pavers for urban heat island reduction, and underground stormwater chambers for infiltration of runoff. Project was completed in May 2018.
