In 1996, TPA completed schematic design, design development, and construction drawings for sitework associated with an 80,000 SF addition to the existing school. Improvement had to be confined to a specific envelope so as not to encroach on recently constructed athletic fields. TPA redesigned the pedestrian and vehicular circulation patterns to ensure the safety of children at drop-off and bus loading/unloading areas. Jeter, Cook, and Jepsen (JCJ) were the project architects.

In 2015, TPA was asked to provide comprehensive services including site design, Planning and Zoning site plan approval, construction documents and construction administration for a 24,230 square foot addition to the existing school.  The project involved design of storm drainage, sanitary sewer connections, guardrail fencing, and ornamental pavement for the interior courtyard. JCJ Architecture was the lead architect for the project which was completed in Fall 2017.
