 TPA provided comprehensive site planning, engineering, architectural and construction administration services for the development of Evergreen Woods, a 237 unit continuing care retirement center on an 88 acre wooded site at the juncture of three towns. The apartments, ranging from efficiency to two-bedroom deluxe units, are located in three story buildings clustered in residential neighborhoods. The facility includes a 70,000 square foot Community Center incorporating a 40 bed skilled nursing facility, outpatient medical clinics, rooms, library, billiard and crafts rooms, fitness center, and indoor swimming pool. TPA is presently involved with development of a 28 bed Alzheimer’s facility.
