HUMBERT V. SACCO JR, PE AICP
Bert Sacco served as President of TPA Design Group from 1972 to 2000 and has been Chairman since 2000. He is responsible for the overall organization and supervision of the firm and technical direction in the areas of comprehensive master planning, site engineering, permitting, community revitalization and residential, commercial and industrial development. As a Professional Engineer and Certified Planner, Mr. Sacco’s involvement is focused on complex, interdisciplinary projects.
DAVID S. GOLEBIEWSKI, ASLA
David Golebiewski has been with TPA Design Group since 1980 and has served as President since 2000. As a Landscape Architect, his work includes coordination of large scale private commercial and residential developments, as well as public improvement projects. Mr. Golebiewski’s responsibilities include business development, technical direction of staff, contract negotiations, staff allocation, and budget monitoring. His technical involvement includes master planning, conceptual plan development, supervision of plan and specification preparation, and public presentation
DAVID A. SACCO, PE
Dave Sacco, Civil Engineer, has been with TPA Design Group since 2000. He is a Professional Engineer responsible for site engineering, cost estimating, permitting, specification preparation and construction administration on projects ranging from redevelopment of underutilized industrial properties to new commercial and residential projects. In addition, he focuses on existing conditions analyses for private and municipal planning projects.
JOHN V. ZYRLIS JR.
For over thirty-two years, John Zyrlis has been responsible for conducting development feasibility analyses, preparing site plans, applications for local approvals and public presentations. Mr. Zyrlis is adept at the interpretation of local and state permit requirements, engineering data for conceptual and final planning, site development, parking and access configurations.
OLIVER W. GAFFNEY, ASLA
With a strong background in horticulture, landscape construction, and maintenance, Mr. Gaffney’s responsibilities include site analysis investigations, preparation of site plans for municipal approvals, creation of planting plans, development of construction documents, and the production of cost estimates. His previous experience as a design-build contractor includes dozens of built projects related to residential and ecological restoration projects.
