The Economic Development Commission engaged TPA to prepare a conceptual plan and cost estimate for pedestrian connectivity and streetscape improvements along a commercial portion of South Main Street.

The Town is interested in enhancing the image and functionality of this business corridor so that it can present a vibrant, positive image to visitors. TPA prepared conceptual plans and photoillustration renderings in consultation with local stakeholders and members of the Commission. The Town is now applying for grant funding to proceed with engineering design of the concept plan.
