TPA is working with Eclipse Development Group to create a new home for the New England Brewing Company. Proposed plans will allow the brewery to expand its brewing operations and expand its on-site food and beverage services.

 

Plans call for a 43,000-square foot building on the shorefront near Savin Rock that include a large production space, a taproom with event spaces and shorefront patio, and an exhibit space for artifacts related to West Haven history. Plans are in final discussion with the City of West Haven, with construction anticipated to begin in 2023.
