After developing initial site concepts, TPA Design Group prepared and gained approval of the Site Plan application, Inland Wetlands application and CTDEP Stormwater discharge permit for a 389,587 gsf shopping center on approximately 49 acres at the former Ryder Park mobile home site.  Proposed improvements include perimeter sidewalks connecting to the Connecticut Post Mall, Boston Post Road and Roses Mill Road. A greenway / walkway also links the site with open space adjacent to the Indian River that borders the north and east of the site.  The site plan calls for 1,894 parking spaces and over 400 shade and flowering trees, full cut-off site lighting, and direct infiltration of roof stormwater runoff.
