TPA Design Group prepared site analysis, civil engineering and construction documents for an 18-hole golf course.  Mark Mungeam, golf course architect, designed the championship level, neo-classically inspired layout.  The golf course is part of a “55 and over community” comprised of 833 homes and more than 9 miles of private roadway on approximately 794 acres.  The project also includes a 15,000 square foot Community Center building and a 15,000 square foot Clubhouse.  The development carefully avoided impacting the 190 acres of inland wetlands.  Stormwater runoff from the adjacent housing and roadways is collected, treated and utilized for golf course irrigation.
