TPA prepared civil engineering and landscape plans for 56,000 SF of medical offices  located on the former Fonicello Garden Center property on the Boston Post Road. The project includes 252 parking spaces, significant landscape plantings and LED site lighting. Low Impact Development (LID) storm drainage design features include vegetated filter strips and groundwater infiltration of roof and parking areas to attenuate any net increase in stormwater runoff to the adjacent inland wetlands. A low-mow meadow softens the transition between the adjacent wetlands and the developed portion of the site while providing niche forest-edge habitat.

The first two buildings were completed in Fall of 2017. A third building was completed in 2018.
