TPA provided site design, zoning approvals, and construction documents associated with the demolition of five existing buildings and the construction of a new, 42 room guest facility across the street from Yale-New Haven Hospital. Additional project elements include parking and service area and outdoor patios. Landscape features rooted in biophilic design promote an environment of comfort and healing for families of children undergoing serious medical treatment.
