TPA provided site analysis, planning, civil engineering and landscape architectural design services on a 3 acre site adjacent to Long Island Sound. The design included a meandering woodland approach with controlled views of the house and water, an isolated and hidden waterfront guest house with green roof, vanishing edge pool blended seamlessly with the Sound, framed water views, wetland restoration and creation of three distinctive meadow areas to minimize maintenance and encourage wildlife. Mature native plant material was utilized to provide immediate screening, privacy and an established appearance.
