TPA provided site engineering, landscape architecture design and assistance with extensive neighborhood outreach for a new Stop & Shop facility. Off-site design for associated state highway improvements was included.  TPA provided construction drawings, specifications, permitting and construction administration.  Major challenges included relocating twin 4’x 6’ box culverts and the municipal sewer system.
